the ppö reminds me on a scene i watched with my friend simon from zurich, who owns my favorite bar "
la bruja" in playa jaco.
while we sipped beers, and did biker-stuff, we watched a bunch of muchachos, who were obviously interested in a grup of chicas. but they didn´t move over towards them, to start a conversation. then another muchacho showed up, who was for sure extremely peessed. he asked what was going on, and the others sayed: "mira, hay unas chicas ahi, pero hay tambien la gordita. no quere uno de nosotros sacarla a bailar. queres tu sacarla?" and he answered "sì, claro, no problemo!" so they went over, and asked the girls to dance. only the burracho shoutet: "oiga, fea! saca!"
as a part of this is in spanish, i only have to explain this: sacar a bailar means ask to dance, while sacar for it´s own means to sack someone.
what does this have to do with the pirates? simple! we, the people are the muchachos. the people who don´t vote, and who are the main target of the pirates, are el burracho. the chikas are the parties, and the ppö is the ugly, fat chick, that gets sacked.
ahoy
